FORMALITIES IN REGISTRATION OF USED VEHICLES

The following forms are required to be filled in when a used vehicle is sold.
It is mandatory for the transfer of ownership to take place as soon as possible.

No objection certificate. (In Triplicate)

Notice of transfership.(In duplicate).

Transfer of ownership form. (In Duplicate)

Intimation of transfer of ownership of vehicle.

By Transferor(T.C.R)
By Transferee(TCA)

Residential proof of buyer.

Valid Insurance Policy.

Valid Pollution Certificate.

Sale confirmation letter in case the vehicle is registered in Company's name.

Original certificate of registration.

Taxation Book(For vehicles registered before 1/November/1997).

Municipal Tax receipt.
